About the project
Skills so young people don't have to leave home to succeed
Disadvantaged young people often struggle to find good jobs and are forced to move to bigger cities or abroad. This migration drains local talent and holds regions back. AI and automation create new opportunities — but only for those trained to use them. No More Moving Out closes that gap.
By equipping youth with digital, AI, automation and self-employment skills, the project helps them create viable local careers — reducing the need to migrate and fostering economic growth within their own communities.
