No More Moving Out — free self-employment skills for young people.

Across Europe's smaller towns, young people leave to find work. We help them earn a living online instead — freelancing, AI, automation, their own micro-business — without leaving their community.

No More Moving Out

Why this exists

The people who could grow a town are often the ones who leave it

In Rzeszów and across the Podkarpackie region — and in small towns from Estonia to Germany — talented young people move to bigger cities or abroad because the work simply isn't there. Communities lose exactly the people who could rebuild them.

Remote work, AI and automation quietly change that equation. With the right skills, a young person can earn from a global market while staying rooted where they are. This project teaches those skills — for free, to the people least likely to be handed them.

How it works

Three steps, at your own pace

  1. 1

    Learn

Four short modules — digital foundations, AI, automation, and running a micro-business. No jargon, no prerequisites.

  2. 2

    Build

Turn what you learn into something real: a portfolio piece, a service you can sell, a one-page plan, your first price.

  3. 3

    Earn

Find your first clients and get paid — freelancing or your own small business, from wherever you already live.
